1. Privacy
Diagned respects the privacy of its online visitors. Diagned does not collect personal data, unless it is provided on a voluntary basis. By filling in and submitting a form or sending an e-mail, a visitor gives Diagned permission to store and use his or her personal data for the purpose of providing requested information and services and for participation in meetings and events. Personal data provided to Diagned during a visit to this website may be collected and stored in a file. Processing of personal data will only take place if it is compatible with the purpose of the collection of personal data as set out below.
1.1 What does Diagned do with your data?
If you voluntarily provide your data for the purpose of being kept informed of certain information and/or activities of Diagned, the data you provide will only be used for this purpose.
Your data will be used:
- for our membership administration, and/or
- To keep you up to date with interesting and relevant information and to offer our services in accordance with the objectives of our association.
The personal data collected will not be sold or made available to third parties. The latter is subject to special circumstances, e.g. if required by law. As an association, we do not pursue commercial purposes, therefore your personal data will not be used for this.
1.2 Statistics
We use Matomo to analyse the surfing behavior of website visitors. Matomo is open source software with an emphasis on privacy. The IP addresses of visitors are anonymised. The information during your visit to our website is therefore not traceable. More information: Matomo and privacy.
1.3 Retention period of personal data
Diagned does not store the personal data it processes any longer than is necessary for the purpose of the data processing or is required under the Public Records Act.
Diagned has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss of personal data or unlawful processing.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Diagned is exempt from registration of data files with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
2 Your rights
You can request your personal data and you have the right to have the data corrected or deleted. In addition, you can object to the use of your data. For further information, please contact the secretariat of the Diagned association by e-mail at info@diagned.nl.
